I do not recommend. This is a horrible realtor. Buys houses to flip and does a horrible job of fixing the houses. Does just enough to make a sale then leaves the buyer with a mess to get repaired. Takes advantage of people that don’t know any better. My 85 year old grandma has now had to put close to $30k in her house to fix wood rot, termite damage, electrical shortages, plumbing issues, new windows, roof leaks. List goes on.
