Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child likes them Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was this provider's office easy to locate? I got lost, but eventually found it

Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They are an absolute expert in the field. Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They were rarely able to answer any of my questions Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Wonderful office. Wait is a little long, but that is because the doctor's take their time with the patients rather than a treat and street method.

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this pediatrician emphasize preventative care, such as child safety and nutrition? Absolutely!
