I really like Dr Twiggs, he came in and gave us answers to our questions and explained things very well. My only complain...my apt was for 9:30am so naturally I went in at 9:15am. My child and I were taken back to a room and told that the Dr usually doesn't come in till about 9:30 so we would have to wait for a bit. The Dr actually didn't come in till about 10:00am and then he ended up seeing someone else first because she "had an apt that she had to make somewhere else" (I could hear outside the door). I love their office. They have never been anything but friendly and are always helpful. The doctors always interact well with my children and make them feel comfortable. I never take my kids anywhere else.
