Love seeing all of the TWG developments popping up all over downtown Indy. They are doing well with the historic rehabilitation and modern designs! Looking beautiful!
Very poor! This is the first apartment building I've lived in that feels it's complementary to exterminate for their bedbugs and roaches, and then have the audacity to suggest store bought Raid!! Bugs eat that for breakfast.

I was threatened to have my throat slit by a construction superintendent at the apartment complex in Columbus Indiana when I was there talking to the security guards
TWG continues to bring life to downtown! Their ability to transform historical buildings and create new modern apartment complexes, is truly amazing! TWG has managed to find a way to make you feel truly at home in the heart of the city :)
TWG continually takes old historically abandoned buildings and converts them to beautiful living spaces, not to mention brining affordable living back downtown. I'm loving living in one such space, 333 Penn.
1010 Central is great! Very cool building, really close to Mass Ave and plenty of parking!
