I have been to Dr Twer twice and found him competent in Optometry. His demeanor and conversation, however, are a violation to his licensure- to which many other reviews attest. I am vaccinated for COVID and grateful to be. But, an immediate family member who was not vaccinated was lectured and berated during their visit beyond the degree that any adult, let alone a practicing physician, would find acceptable.
