I would not recommend anyone live at this community. The maintenance staff does not fix anything and if they finally get around to it it's at least a month later. The leasing agent in the office knows absolutely nothing and is pretty useless. When I moved in the apartment was not ready so they moved me to a new unit. the new unit was not ready either. They asked me to give them an opportunity to make it right and two months in i just now got two working toilets in a two bedroom two bathroom unit, The community is older so I ... read more
HORRIBLE! DON'T MOVE HERE MY AIR CONDITIONING HAS NOT WORKED SINCE MY MOVE IN 2 MONTHS AGO! CONSTANTLY REPORTED SINCE MOVE IN! AC UNIT IN APARTMENT CAUGHT ON FIRE! FILLED ENTIRE APARTMENT WITH SMOKE ! IT WAS PATCHED UP AND STILL DIDN'T WORK AND NOW AIR CONDITIONING IS NOT WORKING AT ALL IT HAS COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING(THE VENTALTION AND FAN ) NO AC! This place is unclean, poorly managed, and not worth the money. They have lost three buildings to fires, due to poor safety standards. No progress has been made in repairing those, so this facility has no amenities. No pool, no gym, and their office is a random apartment that seems to change every so often just to frustrate residents. And if you should dare voice any of these concerns, you'll be berated by a cruel and uncaring office staff that encourage you to suck it up and pay them more.
