We were planning on using TwentyOne Cakes for our wedding in November 2018. We booked them months before this date. I touched base with them in August to make sure everything was on par. We agreed on price, times, delivery, etc. So then I get an E-MAIL 48 HOURS BEFORE my wedding saying they cancelled our entire order. They said, (and I quote) "We have called and called to get payment due on the wedding cake and haven’t heard anything." Secondly, as you can see in our email chain, it states ALL orders must be paid one week prior to pick up. I’m very sorry this happened, however this is why we have stipulations about payment dates. I did offer to help and you declined.
We picked TwentyOne Cakes because they were one of the only places that offered a gluten free cake. I have celiac and I really wanted to be able to eat my own wedding cake, and thanks to Annie I did. We decided to go with a two-tiered GF cake and regular cupcakes for the rest of the guests. The cake was so amazing. It disappeared so quickly. Love their cakes! My mom had this Llama cake made for me for my 30th birthday! It was a huge hit and soooo delicious!!
They do wonderful work and are so friend and they support a great cause!! And I must mention their cakes are delicious!!
