* The ice machine was broken the day I moved in. I never touched it in the 3 months I had this lease. I put in a maintenance request for them to check out my kitchen and nothing was done. This resident left the apartment in very poor condition. No attempt was made to clean the apartment (the oven looked as if it had never been cleaned, food particles and spills throughout the fridge, etc.). This is why she was charged for cleaning. She also took over a lease in May and signed an As-Is Addendum stating that she understood she would be responsible for the condition in which the previous tenants had left the apartment. This former resident, Arjun *****, completely destroyed his apartment. We had to replace the refrigerator that was infested with maggots. The stench in the apartment was so intense that it was difficult to walk through to inspect the condition. There was extensive floor damage and mounds of trash left behind. This is the reason for his charges, which have yet to be paid.
