Have had such an amazing experience at this apartment for the last 3 years. The building is in a central location the staff is absolutely wonderful and everything is always super clean. Specifically Eric is always warm and welcoming in the morning and has been extremely helpful whenever needed. That can honestly be said about all staff as well John, Bruce, Kevin, Ben! I feel completely safe when I come into my 2400 Bubble downtown.

Eric (Mitchell) is literally the best - it was an amazing wine and cheese party, and as a plus (as a woman), I always feel safe knowing Eric is around!
We are loving our time at 2400 Chestnut! Eric and the rest of the staff are wonderful and always so helpful. Highly recommend the building for new residents of Philly. They have lovely events like wine and cheese events. Can’t get better than that!
I work at Boles Smyth Associates who lease an office on the ground floor, eric and jason are very friendly and helpful, and make me feel very welcome whenever i see them.
