I went to the Chattanooga, Tennessee Infusion Center and I have to tell you that it was my first time and I was a little nervous but there was no reason to be, from the Very beautiful lady at the front reception to each person that I seen in the back they were all welcoming and caring and made me feel at ease they made sure that I knew what I was there and what the name of my medicine to be infused was before we ever got started and they made sure that I knew the side effects and when to call my Neurologist and when to call ... read more

From the initial phone call, to the call about my financial responsibility, to the call from scheduling, appt reminder, check in, infusion process, and discharge,…. What an amazing team they have at TwelveStone! So thankful for each and every person at TwelveStone that has helped me through this process!
