Kailesh is simply the best! I contacted him on short notice, and he didn't hesitate to meet me at his office during his off-hours. He patiently walked me through everything that needed to be done, making the entire process feel clear and manageable. It was a truly wonderful experience, and I highly recommend him!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I rarely complain..let alone take the time to post a review. But, this was such a bad experience I thought I would help some folks out. Terrible experience with Twelve Rivers, in all areas. Weeks to months without standard communication on tickets/repairs, fighting for maintenance when they actually picked up a ticket, fighting for repayment on urgent repairs…just an overall nightmare.
