If I could give zero stars, I would. I rarely complain..let alone take the time to post a review. But, this was such a bad experience I thought I would help some folks out. Terrible experience with Twelve Rivers, in all areas. Weeks to months without standard communication on tickets/repairs, fighting for maintenance when they actually picked up a ticket, fighting for repayment on urgent repairs…just an overall nightmare. I have been trying to get in touch with them about an duplex I have called text email no response.this is crazy. If someone want to rent out there unit good look.
Let me tell you why I switched from Twelve Rivers in the first two months: 1) They never set up a call to onboard me. 2) They never set up an onboarding call with the tenant 3) They didn't communicate any of the needs the tenant had 4) They took two weeks to call three companies to fix something 5) They were late to paying my rent every time. Avoid Twelve Rivers! There are plenty of real estate and property management companies to choose from in Austin and this one is not it! They might be cheap, but you get what you pay for. At first, they started off good, Steve Smith was semi helpful and was able to find a tenant but would always have an attitude when I did not feel comfortable on a tenant.
