stay another 3! This location has been incredible. 15 minutes from everything interesting (downtown, EDO, Bellaire, Rice village, anywhere!) It's clean, the community is so friendly (I've had residents go out of their way to give me packages if delivered to the wrong door, three times!) and safe. I am honored to have lived at Camden Deerfield for a little over 9 years...my only home in GA. It’s with great sadness that I am leaving but I’m moving out of state. I wish I could move Camden with me! I am a current resident at this complex and let me just say, it has been the worst apartment living situation I have ever lived in. We moved in at the end of March 2019 and loved the apartment and the community. After 3 months, we began smelling marijuana in our apartment. Since this is a "non smoking" community, it was a bit of a shock to have our master bedroom and bathroom stinking from marijuana smell. So, I called and complained. I I lived here for 3 years and could not have felt more safe and comfortable in a place. I just handed in my keys and it was bittersweet. This has been one of my favorite places to live. Community is awesome and the staff are the best! Recommend 100%!

Although I purchased a home a couple months back, I have periodically been going to back to my apartment, as I have maintained possession, and went back one final time this week to clean up and take the last of my personal items that were still there - our lease is up on 10/11. When I walked in I discovered a literal construction zone, complete with massive holes in the floor and a thick layer of mud on the floor/doors. We lived there for a year and a half and it was the worst year and 5 months ever! Between things not being what is advertised. The amount of break ins and vandalism. The “gated” community not ever being secured. The other tenants not having any respect or care for their neighbors. The office staff not resolving any of the problems brought to their attention, but they were quick to threaten to evict if you were a day late on rent. During this Covid period, the process adopted by Camden is exemplary. I was able to set appointment online for a self guided tour, instructions were given promptly and the process was smooth. After the tour I worked with Tia Tuggle to review options. Miss Tuggle's work ethic, tenacity and follow up, especially with a friendly phone call was a welcomed change to what is found in the marketplace today. My experience was a 10 out of 10. Tia is a great asset to any organization.

I've lived at Camden Waterford Lakes for a little more than 6 months (during the COVID-19 pandemic) and the staff has been responsive, thoughtful, and extremely helpful throughout. I rented my apartment sight unseen and have no regrets. Would do it again. The maintenance staff is especially great! They have the fastest response times of anywhere I've ever lived.

Let me just say that if you’re looking for great customer service, secure, calm and quiet place to move into the galleria area look no further. Since I moved into Camden on post oak I have encountered all great experiences with all of the office staff, concierge and valet. Franklin made my move in experience feel like a breeze very accommodating and you just can tell the level of professionalism.
