From the wonderful,helpful receptionist to the amazingly patient dental assistant all the way to doctor Tori we could not have asked for a better experience. As soon as I told them that my son was having tooth pain and up through the night they acted quickly, gently and with such care for children! I’ve often thought of this dentist office as a profit over patients. But the way they treated my four year old is deplorable. Absolutely deplorable. We took him two weeks for tooth pain in which he was crying profusely. He has an abscess they said we needed to go to an OR. Before we could talk dates I needed to give them a 300 dollar DEPOSIT to discuss. An abscess can turn emergency and life threatening. They took our money then said April 10th. This was two weeks ago.
