There is a nail technician, middle aged Vietnamese woman who I saw LIE to three Black women that entered the salon at different times so that she wouldn’t serve them because of the color of their skin. I witnessed this as I sat waiting 1.5 hours to receive service. Once she was finally free, a white woman walked in and she serviced her immediately.
