I’ve been having my Volvo serviced at TVR for over 10 years, and have always had great service at a fair price .
I had a disappointing experience with this workshop. I originally booked my car in for a simple serpentine belt replacement. During the process, I was shown a broken pulley and told there was a bigger issue, which I appreciated being made aware of. However, what wasn’t clearly communicated was that I would be charged for the inspection and partial disassembly without prior approval.
