Very dirty building. Bugs, mold and bad smells. The LL will try to pin it all on you so document everything. Record everything. Even with an LTB judgement they still wont pay you so you'll have to go to small claims. Very shady company/dirty playing because weak etc

Personal property vandalized in the building hallway. Shoes deliberately vandalized/cut with a knife?! No security cameras. Sorry for your luck response. Police report completed on march 15, 2916.
