I was here for a private event showcasing Italian wines, hence the photos. I don't know if Tuyo is still open to the public as a restaurant since it's on the 8th floor of the Miami Culinary Institute and serves as a training area for its students. When open it's a gourmet restaurant that serves international, contemporary, fusion cuisine made with good quality and locally sourced ingredients.... the views of downtown Miami at night are pretty.
