These apartments Are based on your income. They Are brand new and could be a nice place to live,(if you dont go outside) however ladies and gentlemen it is still the "hood". I can not begin to tell you how many fights I have witnessed just sitting on my porch, and the language is so foul that I can not allow my three year old to accompany me outside.
