I took my vehicle in for a check engine light. When I returned the same day to pick it up the check engine light was cleared as it was a manufacture reset. However, as I drove off and happy nothing else was wrong with my vehicle, my husband noticed that the windshield was cracked from the top to more than half way down. Once the oil change was finished and I could get my car back, the driver put the car in PARK gear before letting the vehicle come to a complete stop, which is bad for the transmission.

I waited 3 weeks before deciding to post this negative review. I'm not sure where all of the 4 and 5 star ratings are coming from, but I would recommend for you to read the 1 star ratings, like mine. I was here with my girlfriend shopping for Jeeps and decided to come here because of the close proximity and their inventory. I don't recognize any of the sales people in the 4 and 5 star reviews, but we worked with 2 sales people and the sales manager, who were all were terrible. I went in to lease a ford fusion hybrid after seeing the end of the year television commercial which advertises $209 a month + tax with $995 due at signing. On the lot there was only one car (last one) After I test drove it I decided to lease it. The sales manager came over told me it would take $2,000 down to lease it at that rate. If there was below a 1 star rating I would give them that rating. DO NOT use this repair facility. My vehicle was towed into the service department at the end of August on a Thursday. My vehicle was near the end of its extended warranty and still had the Jeep bumper to bumper warranty. My maintenance rep called on Saturday and said he was leaving for the day, but would talk to me on Monday. I made several calls on Monday, did not receive a call back. I would like to let you know of my experience with your sales team at Tuttle-Click. First on July 3rd I reached out to your salesman Haluk. Our interest was in a Chrysler Pacifica with certain features. I found you guys through a web search that indicated you had two identical vehicles in transit we were interested in. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler Sport for my 16 year old on Jan 6th 2017. The day i drove it off the lot it had brake issues. I took it back twice in order for them to realize the Brake Booster had to be replaced. I am still having issues with the vehicle and they are refusing to service me. My daughter is driving a vehicle that has brake issues. This is an unsafe vehicle and they don't seem to care.

This is a WARNING to all buyers! Here is a run down of my experience at Tuttle. First of all i took my 16 year old daughter to purchase her first vehicle. This was supposed to be a memorable moment instead it has been nothing but a nightmare. I got to the Dealership and met Jorge the sales rep which came across so polite and very genuine.
