We came to have a family birthday party friday night around 5. We were setted and served water. The orders were placed and in about 30 minites half our order came to our table. Then after 15 minites we asked for what was happening with our order. They said it got turned in and we waited another 30 minites. We got our order after 2 hours. It's better than any pasta and pizza place in bellevue
Fantastic place. Great service. The pizza was different than I'm used to, but it was very yummy. Loved this place!
Went for lunch this past Saturday. No sign saying to wait to be seated, nor was there anyone up front. Waiter admonished us for seating ourselves. It was fairly quiet, yet it took 5-10 minutes for waiter to come to our table. He asked us silly questions (do you both need menus, etc.). Then, he brings over menus and says they did away with tipping and it's an automatic 20% service charge. We give 20% tips if service above and beyond the call of duty.
