Horrible place to live, This property is always dirty as soon you step inside and even the outside is dogs fecies, pets pee all the way up the stairs all the way to your front of your apartment. The ground floor is all cobbled stones that is not attached together so you can't wear high heels that get stuck so it's really unsafe. NO WONDER THEY'RE NOT ACCREDITED BY THE BBB! LIARS! CHEATS! CROOKS! STAY FAR AWAY!!!! I wish people would do honest reviews about this property management company and who they hire. I moved out of my apartment on June 17th and have yet to receive my security deposit back. I was charged for wear and tear items that many other companies have told me I shouldnt be paying. I have been a tenant of the Concord Place apartments in Riverside for over 4 years now, and initially i was pleased with the apartment complex and recommended it to many friends and family during their search for a new home. When we first moved in, the then manager was very pleasant, not OVERLY friendly, but she also didn’t go out of her way to be difficult either. Greentree garden is the worst apartment managed by this company, roaches, poor paint jobs, allen properties never responds, poor management.
Great manager at Jefferson Point... too bad this place has roaches.
We just moved into the Cypress Gardens Apartments and the whole experience was great. Miriam the property manager as amazing. She went above and beyond for us during this progress. We appreciate everything she has done for us and we are excited about our new home. Thank you!

Being a first time renter I had a great experience renting at Cypress Gardens. I would recommend Cypress Gardens to anyone mostly for the sole reason of the manager Miriam. She goes out of the way to meet all the needs of her tenants, and will always answer your questions and help you out. She made Cypress Gardens more like a home and less like the normal manager tenant relationship you find at other places. I give Cypress Gardens and Miriam 5 stars.
