Salesperson, Derek, told us they had a Toyota Grand Highlander Nightshade “on the way” and would be delivered the next week. We put a deposit down to “hold” the vehicle that was “in transit.” The next week came and no vehicle was delivered. We had to call for any information and we were told it would be the middle of next month. So we waited until the middle of the next month and still no vehicle. I’ve been a customer of Jordan Toyota for years. They have always been helpful but recently their service has shifted. The tone of the service department has lifted, the communication has gotten stronger and the staff is more helpful than ever! I never enjoy having to take my car in but this makes it a far more pleasant experience. In a time when we’ve gotten used to accepting less, it’s refreshing to get finally get more!

Prompt service and friendly staff as well as quality service make this dealership excel. I did not particularly like getting a text as to the condition of the vehicle and the recommended service. I would have rather discussed it with the service writer before I had to accept or decline the additional service.
