Very Helpful Service Advisor I am considering buying a used Toyota Prius so I called Tustin Toyota Service Center for advise. I spoke to service advisor Daniel t lo ask few questions. Daniel was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all my questions thouroughly and give positive and honest advise about the Prius performance. Definitely will bring my car in to him for service. Thank you.

Exactly how buying a car should be One of the best buying experiences I've had with anything, anywhere. I dealt with Kyle T in the internet sales department and Anthony in finance, and can't say enough nice things about them. It was a night-and-day difference from every other dealership I've dealt with, I'll definitely be back!

TERRIBLE, someone never made me feel so bad in this country The initial attention to customer service by phone, was really good. From the beginning I inform them that my credit was not good and ask if there was an option to buy a car. Elda's attention, customer service was very friendly and professional. Finally after getting all my documentation and information we made an appointment to see the car and finish the transaction. Salesman Jesus Leon Jesus Leon is a salesman at Tustin Toyota and hooked me up! My credit wasn't too good but Jesus worked his magic and hooked me up with an affordable car and I drove off the lot in a new 2016 Scion IA just a few hours after I had arrived. I would definitely recommend Tustin Toyota and Mr. Leon to anyone in need of a vehicle.
