Terrible customer service My husband and I went there to look at a certified pre-owned Rav 4. The guy Cody came out and was trying to talk us into buying a new car then we had to wait for 20 minutes while we were waiting for him to come back and let us test drive the certified pre-owned car. He never came back we waited for 40 minutes asked other sales guys too if we could test drive the car and no one seemed to really want to help us or to sell a car.
