Tustin Toyota is Awesome! Best Service Anywhere! I have a Toyota Tacoma. The service team is awesome! All of them! I have worked most recently with Kevin Gordon. He is knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful, and he gets the job done! I try to bring in my Toyota every 5 thousand miles. Kevin always expeditiously gets me checked in and gets my Toyota in the shop to keep me safe and trouble free on the road. This is great for peace of mind. I recommend Tustin Toyota to everyone! They are the best!

New Service Advisor Alex Cruz has met excellence! I have had the same service advisor at Tustin Toyota for close to twenty years and I was disappointed to hear he had moved on just recently. I arrived in the service department with pretty high standards to be met by the "new" person. My expectations were surpassed by Alex's finely tuned skills at customer service. I didn't need to worry about a thing.

Great and fast service Josh help me out doing the process really fast. He went to see me to give me the updates about my vehicle service. I had a 10:10am appointment and by 11:10am I was already out with my car.

Warranty I had a great experience with April Conner in sales and Anthony in Financing... and that was 2 1/2 years ago! Still going to Tustin for my service and Cesar was terrific in helping me with a extended warranty issue! All resolved... no hassle ever with Toyota!
