Professional, honest, amazing facilities, consistently good . Over 10 years of service experiences with this team. I've never met any of their associates who was below the standard of "excellent", patient and honest. The are a business, yes, but they do want to help you keep your Toyota a Toyota.

Not what I wanted but at least I know it’s done right. Kevin was my service attendant and he handles this event professionally and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend Tustin Service Department. The issues was taken care of quickly and I was back on the street with my 2001 4 Runner. Like I said, it want what I wanted to hear but it was handled professionally and with a sense of urgency. I was satisfied with the entire transaction.
