I worked with Cindy on my lease buyout and it was such a different experience working with a female sales rep! It's always uncomfortable as a female going into dealerships and feeling the misogyny everywhere; this was a great surprise and I was much more at ease. Tim was kind, understanding and extremely helpful. Usually I get extreme anxiety when I have to take my car in for service because you go for one thing and end up being told you need 50 other things, but Tim was kind to break everything down and tell me what my car really needed.
I just went to my service. But I do need to give a shout out to Jose the manager for helping us have a smooth purchase when I got my camry!!
