The process of buying a car at this dealership was quick and easy. The team responded to my questions in a timely manner and did most of the leg work prior to my arrival. The internet sales rep was quick to engage me and get to through the door.

They did what they said they would do, and they didn’t waste our time. We used Trent Stewart, he knew his product and did a good job. He’s personable without being pushy. He listens and try’s his best to fit you in the car you want. Emily Franklin the financial person we were sent to was patient and explained everything carefully. Overall it was a good experience and this isn’t our first rodeo buying a car.

Do not let your 84 year old mother go in for service here unless you want incomplete service and long waits with $4000 estimates with pitches for how much easier it would be to “just buy a new car”. The oil was never changed like she came in for. When given the opportunity to explain and/or fix, I was immediately told that I don’t have a power of attorney and that they explain d technical jargon TO AN 84 YEAR OLD WOMAN, and again, can’t/won’t speak to me because I don’t have piwer of attorney. Easy transaction. Had the Tundra I wanted. Drove it to the house for me afterwards. Quinten did a great job and was just a simple transaction. Will, the finance manager, is just a great human being. Really enjoyed my time with Will. The owner of the dealership was on the sales floor and made it a point to come over and thank me for my business. The owner is local to Murfreesboro and you could tell that it mattered that I purchased a vehicle from him.
