Great place. I own my 7th Cadillac. We moved here from NY 8 yrs ago. Was worried about finding a good dealership. Have bought 2 so far @ Tustin. Ron Sullivan is our salesperson & he hasn’t let us down! Looking forward to #8.

Drove up about 12:30 today and Brian Standers was great. We discussed the issue and he said he would see what he could do to get it fixed quickly. In about 2 hours he had me on the road car washed and fixed. This is what I call great customer service. I recommend that you use Tustin Cadillac and Brian as your Service Rep. Keep up the good work!
I brought my car to Tustin Cadillac for emergency repairs after being involved in a minor collision. Kerby Haney was the Service Advisor who was eager to assist me, even though I did not have a scheduled appointment for service. Mr. Haney called me several times throughout the day to update me on services needed to repair my car, as well as provide me with estimated times of completion. The customer service from this dealership is unmatched, and that is why I drive a Cadillac.
