I brought my vehicle in for a recall in perfect working order and when I picked it up the heated seats did not work. I was told it was just wear and tear and that they would not fix it unless I paid for the repairs.

I drive to Tustin Cadillac from MV to service my Escalade because of the great service. I always need to get an Escalade loner since I have 3 kids still in car seats, they are always able work with me and get me one. The staff is friendly (unlike Allen Cadillac) and knowledgeable. They don’t give me the cold shoulder or try to rip me off because I’m a woman, like other places do.
