I was issued overpayment because I failed to report something in a timely manner. However after having a heart attack & seizure I was out of work & a normal routine for 90 days. They reached out to myself and my employer with accusations of fraud. Threatening/accusing me of fraud for not accurately reporting in a timely manner. This county service is here to help the community in times of struggle and need. The defamation of character leaving an absolute impression on myself, my family, and my professional life.

(1st comment per Heather Spencer) RFA worker Gabby and supervisor Nicole People's made it immensely easier for my family member to be denied on her icpc application to adopt her grandson who was in foster care in another state by not communicating efficiently, promptly, or in general with the agency in the state where her grandson was nor with my family member who was trying to adopt. Continued....GABBY & NICOLE PEOPLE'S were the one's who did not communicate and that is not fair. Them not communicating with my family member nor the state of the agency where her grandson was located is what ultimately got her denied, but they put the blame on my family member for "not communicating", but they would literally NEVER call her back.
