The leasing office is horrible can never speak to anyone, the maintenance men are cringe if your black please dont rent they stereotype you and watch your unit. I asked why is my water bill so high when my children were gone for the summer I was told because I had 5 people on my lease im being charged for five people not what I actually consume so I will be running the water all day and night!
Luis was our maintenance guy and he was very useful he was polite and helped fix other problems we were having in our apartment
Maintenance did a very job.
My experience at this apartment complex has been disappointing from the moment we were approved and moved in. When we moved into our unit in November 2025, we discovered a roach infestation immediately upon entering. Despite the property marketing itself as a luxury apartment community, the condition of the unit did not reflect that standard. Decent place to live if you need something quick other than that do nottt come here. For starters they got roaches ! My family literally had to do our own extermination for about two weeks before we stopped seeing them. And this was after they allegedly got rid of them. On top of that they don’t bother to contact actual maintenance companies so be prepared for your appliances to consistently be broken.
