My experience here has been anything but pleasent since the moment I moved in. All but one of the ladies at the front desk are extremely hostile & unpleasant. I moved in October 18 when I was promised Octover 10. The unit was infested with roaches and underneath the kitchen sink smelled and still smells like sewer. I’ve been living at Tuscany Village for three years now this place was a nice place to live until they started allowing ugly people to move in. Now I have a neighbor who screams and yells foul language all of the time. She has also assaulted me and Police were informed, but these apartments have done nothing to make me feel safe in my own home. This property management is very poor when it comes to communication and follow-through. They are not helpful when there are ongoing issues with neighbors, including repeated police activity that disrupts everyone living nearby. I’ve emailed management about serious concerns and received no response. The walls are extremely thin. You can hear kids stomping on the stairs constantly. My experience here has been unpleasant since the moment we were approved. SOLIDAD the assistant manager at the front desk is extremely hostile & unpleasant. Has an extremely poor attitude. I moved in at the end of November in 2025 the unit was infested with roaches when we entered. they claim to be a luxury apartment but the unit isn’t at its best then when I made concerns/complaints I was told there’s nothing they can do towards “cosmetic issues”.
