I do not recommend this place. They are very strict when it comes to verifying income. Not sure what 3rd party system they are using but it sucks. I make almost $10,000 a month and my girl makes like 5,000 a month and we still got denied because we didn’t pass the income verification which is stupid. Who ever reads this I’m sure they will know who I am once they see my name. But once again I don’t recommend this place. You will regret it.
I agree with Anita’s post, I was with her. As soon as we walked in the rep looked at us “funny” and before we could even sit down she was very dismissive. I felt she thought we couldn’t afford to live there just with the way she responded to us.
I scheduled an appointment to tour a 1 bedroom over a week ago. When I arrived the young lady confirmed my name and immediately said they had no 1 bedrooms available and had no idea when she would. She was not welcoming and very dismissive. I traveled over an hour for this appointment so it would have been nice to have been informed since they knew I scheduled to see the 1 bedroom.
