Former Resident - Looks pretty but isn't the best. In 3 years, our rent was raised over $800 from when we first moved there. It also had 3 different owners in those 3 years. The pool is never heated and closed often for repairs. The security gates are often broken and not working for weeks on end. The complex looks pretty on the outside but the units aren't always updated, the carpet is old, and they typically just paint over things. The worst part is that they allow aggressive dog breeds. Verified Renter I do like Tuscany Ridge Apartments, particularly the servicing of them. There have been times that issues have come up and all I had to do was to submit a request and they were taken care of immediately. There was a time that a leak occurred at night and I submitted an emergency request and it was taken care of the same night. THANK YOU !!!

Verified Renter Tuscany Ridge is a nice place to live in due to its location that near to freeway, schools and business establishments. A quiet neighborhoods and free from noise from vehicles passing by. The office staff are friendly and approachable ready to help in anyway they can. Price is also reasonable.

Verified Renter I love it here. It’s quiet and clean, kids have plenty of space to run. The office staff is very friendly and always lets the kids hang out in the technology or cinema rooms in the office. I’ve never had a problem with staff or neighbors. We feel very welcome and at home here.
