They are super helpful, responsive, and truly care about the community. The maintenance crew is also quick and professional, which makes a big difference. Verified Renter I am a new resident and in the little time at Tuscany Ridge apartments it has been great. Its clean and quiet apartment layout is big. Staff is amazing and are always quick to answer any question.
Verified Renter Tuscany Ridge is a good community. The area is clean and is kept looking well, not run down. The office staff works with and cares about their residents. The maintenance crew is top level! The office keeps us updated on the community. They also have events and food trucks sometimes which is a nice treat.
Former Resident - Looks pretty but isn't the best. In 3 years, our rent was raised over $800 from when we first moved there. It also had 3 different owners in those 3 years. The pool is never heated and closed often for repairs. The security gates are often broken and not working for weeks on end. The complex looks pretty on the outside but the units aren't always updated, the carpet is old, and they typically just paint over things. The worst part is that they allow aggressive dog breeds. Verified Renter I do like Tuscany Ridge Apartments, particularly the servicing of them. There have been times that issues have come up and all I had to do was to submit a request and they were taken care of immediately. There was a time that a leak occurred at night and I submitted an emergency request and it was taken care of the same night. THANK YOU !!!

Verified Renter Tuscany Ridge is a nice place to live in due to its location that near to freeway, schools and business establishments. A quiet neighborhoods and free from noise from vehicles passing by. The office staff are friendly and approachable ready to help in anyway they can. Price is also reasonable.
