Tuscany Palms New owners took over the complex last year. They've been working hard to upgrade the amenities but they seem to be so focused on that, they're letting some basics slide. For example, every single light in the north parking lot was out for at least two weeks. Lighting in the courtyards is hit or miss. I would rather feel safe walking to the store after dark than have new BBQ grills. And a word of warning---electric service is through City of Mesa. Tuscany Palms Made signing the lease very easy, very cooperative apartment staff. Any problem was fixed that day or the next. Great community. Amazing club house with a volleyball and basketball court and dog park. Would recommend this apartment to anyone of my friends. P

Tuscany Palms For the price this complex is nice. The office staff is very friendly and since I moved in almost a year ago there has been many, many improvements and it is really looking nice. The only reason why I didn't give it five stars is because there are some tenants here from the previous owners that are trash. They are starting to dwindle down though. Under New Management While the new management of PBBell has been doing a good job of remodeling and improving the grounds, their people skills leave much to be desired. A number of my neighbors have left because of the severe rent increase they have imposed. There have been several instances where they have not communicated important information to residents, or been attentive to requests of the residents. Look elsewhere.. I've lived here for about a year and I'm not planning on renewing my lease! I started off with a standard apartment and there were roaches everywhere!! Before I moved my stuff in I had several sprays and that didn't seem to get rid of them.. I didn't move any of my stuff in until I transferred into a renewed apartment. Very clean, seemed new, and most importantly NO ROACHES!! Could be much better I've lived here for a year now and only renewed for half a year so I can save money and liive in a house. I wouldn't recommend this place purely out of the experiences I have had myself since the first day I moved in. Not everyone may go through what I have. The sign of live roaches crawling on the wall as I'm unloading boxes should've been a red flag. They assured me it was just due to the spray from before I moved in.
