Im not a fan of writing reviews but I had to share my experience with the office staff here at Tuscany. I lived here 2 years and just moved out yesterday. Julie D. became like family day 1 of me moving here to Tuscany. The main manager and other office staff were always attentive to my needs and to correct things as they came up. I lived here for two years and had a great experience. The complex is quiet, nice, and well-maintained. Julie is so hospitable, and was incredibly helpful with anything I needed throughout my time at Tuscany Hills. Great place to live.
There is something fishy going on with this apartment manager. I moved out of my apartment at the end of February 2025. I received a bill stating that I owe $741.64 due to carpet replacement for pet urine. I would like to start off by saying, my dog is potty trained. I had lived in 2 previous apartments with my dog and never been charged for urine stains to carpet. Just the basic carpet cleaning when you move out an apartment. We haven’t moved in yet, but I have been working with Julie for a few months now and we are so excited for our move in date. I have read several reviews and am surprised by the negativity in some of them. I recently signed my lease and there are no surprises. They clearly spell out what everything will cost if it is damaged or needs to be cleaned and what is covered under each deposit.
