It’s with a heavy heart I move out of Tulsa today. Not because I’m going to be missing Tulsa, but because I am going to miss Tuscany Hills and the staff that made it feel like more than a home. Julie and Connie have been incredible every step of the way with their willingness to help me in any way they could and making my experience there one to remember. I’ve lived here for over two years and couldn’t be happier. The leasing staff are friendly, courteous, and go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. The apartments are beautiful—marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, large windows, plenty of storage. The grounds crew keeps the landscaping and pool immaculate. The option for negative stars isn't available so one will have to do. The office staff, apartment manager and all in between have Zero clue whats going on. It was one lie after another, no calls back after multiple requests. Absolute calamity of errors and no apologies. Just more lies. Do yourself a favor and go right next door to Nickel Creek. I’ve been here since 2024 and I can say this is a really nice place to live. It’s quite clean maintained very nice. They even have trash pick up even though I don’t use it makes, no when the bin is right out by the parking lot I can say Miss Julie is amazing. I wanna say she knows everyone by name which is crazy because the complex is huge but every time she sees me, she says my name and she says hi/hello. Charged me whole months rent because I didn’t give notice? But I gave it to their old employee that apparently never gave it to them, be weary.
