The Tuscany is the Gem of Washington Road. You probably didn't know about it, but now you do. Unique in its appeal, the Gem is uniquely cared for and managed. Ashley, the Manager, is accessible, responsive, and real people. With her colleagues Beth and Pam, she personalized my welcome as a new tenant. Fresh Charmin on the roll, and a heavy duty, brand new Glacier Bay shower curtain took care of common (but commonly overlooked) move-in issues that made my first day easy and memorable.
