There's alot of dog poop all over the area that's the biggest problem besides roaches place sucks I recommend not moving here to strict and staff be lying over charging parkin sucks tow truck constantly takin cars to strict if ur stiker expired can park on premises straight trash apartments that's why ppl movin to many vacants

I lived here for 5 years. The first four were great. However, the last year brought a change of management that led to a worsening quality of life for the complex. The new management allowed one of our neighbors to break lease terms and hold parties that lasted until 4 in the morning on the shared patio. The manager even went so far to say, "Well, I don't live here so I don't want to get involved." Infested with roaches, slow response time to all maintenence requests. You better be available at any time when you make one too, because if you say you need a specific window they will "note it" and ignore it. My partner and I lived here for 5 years, and didn't have much problem until 2025 when the roaches came in. They WILL charge you for the infestation when you move out, and generally exhibit poor customer service and business practices. They've gone through three managers within the last 9 months.
