This was the most disgusting, run down, & cheap living space I’ve ever had to live in. When I was doing the new tenant checklist the very first day we moved in, I saw cockroaches. MULTIPLE. And I have never seen a cockroach in any home I’ve ever lived in! My husband & I are clean people!! This is my 3rd post my first one was before was before I moved in, at that time everything was cool. My 2nd post not so great, but overall the stay was still pleasant. However, these darn roaches are starting to pop up like clockwork I've here almost a year, and just renewed my lease. I'm starting to regret it pest control has been coming out, but I guess the bugs are used to it. One month I see one every week, got my last spray 2 weeks ago and lo & behold another showed up. disgusting, people have been moving out left and right. I'm gone. These people are scammers water bill for 1 bedroom is $60 electric is $100. WAK management never picks up the phone!! Find anywhere else to live This place is infested with roaches and other pest
I would recommend living at Tuscany Apartments. I moved to Texas almost 10 years ago, and up until recently, I lived there. I’m giving it a 5-star rating based on my overall experience over the years. Was it a luxurious, issue-free apartment? No—but what stood out to me was that when issues did arise, the staff made an effort to resolve them. Asia’Unna provided amazing customer service, giving us a great tour of a two-bedroom apartment. We loved the layout and decided to lease same day. The extra space has been perfect for our family of 3, and our daughter loves her new room. Thanks, Asia'Unna, for a smooth leasing process, answering all our questions and being patient with us. I’ll add updates to this review as time passes since we’re still new to the community and haven’t had a chance to get to know our neighbors or check out the amenities yet.
