Yesterday I had the pleasure of touring a 2 bedroom with Krista who had amazing energy from the minute I walked in the door. I applied as soon as I left and couldn’t even wait for the results to share my experience. I drove through the complex a few days prior in the evening and it seemed peaceful. The grounds are well kept and the price is reasonable for sure. The unit was spacious and clean. Krista was sure to answer all my questions and allowed me to spin the wheel to get 1/2 off my admin fee.
Went to tour the property on Wednesday with Asia’unna Holman she was a doll from the time we walked in to the time we walked out the property was very clean in quite with a beautiful waterfall infront of the office if you looking for a place please go tour in ask for Asia’unna you want be disappointed she deserves a rise!!!
I have been here a few months now and for some reason they don’t provide a passcode to the gate for things such as for delivery driver etc. this is very frustrating that I have to drive/walk to let my deliveries be delivered. What confusing is why are they gate code buttons on the gate control panel but we as residents don’t get a code. Most of the time the gates are open all the time but when the very few times they decide to close the gate I have to walk or drive to let my deliveries be delivered. Makes no sense. I've lived here for a few years. Good maintenance. Friendly office staff. WAY too many dogs. BIG dogs. I think some of the dogs have dogs for pets it's so many. Stay on the sidewalks, these " pet " owners don't have good habits of picking up after their dogs. Be careful leaving at night, some have a tendency to walk their dogs at night OFF LEASH.
