Buying experience was great. Service and warranty work are another story. Brand new truck goes in for service, comes back with scratches from oil lines being drug across body panels. Grease all over bumper and grille. Opened a warranty case for a bumper trim piece, was told part was ordered they’d be in contact in 2 weeks. 6 weeks goes by of me calling almost every day to no avail. My husband bought a Bronco last September. We bought a warranty that we have just recently learned pays for nothing but oil changes. We paid 2400 for basically 10 oil changes. Have called and emailed but nobody will respond.
When I purchased my car I also purchased a Ford Protect Premium Care/Extra Maintenance Plan that clearly covers routine services like oil changes, tire rotations, and wiper blade replacement at any Ford dealer. Tuscaloosa Ford had honored my plan for my first 3 oil changes with no issues. But when I brought my vehicle in for the exact same services this week, they refused to honor it and charged me out of pocket. This was my first and my last experience here. I got an oil change at the service center and the guy was just crass and short with me. He even questioned me when I asked if there was a courtesy ride. Just seemed rude. When I got my car back, someone had squished a greasy boot into my floor mat. Brand new mats. Careless and rude employees means careless service and work on your vehicle. I'd rather drive to Birmingham or else forth. No thanks.
