Do not get your vehicle serviced here. I brought my truck in to get the transmission replaced due to a CDF drum failure and paid around $8000 for a new transmission. The invoice they gave me does not have prices on it, and just says they cleaned the transmission fluid tray and changed the fluid. My experience buying this 2025 Ford F150 back on may 30 2025 has not been good so far. The one bright spot in all of this was the finance manager I dealt with at Townsend Ford in Tuscaloosa is as nice a gentleman as you will meet. He was very professional and even after over 4 months while I was waiting on my truck in lobby he walked over and called me by name and shook my hand. Great experience!
These folks will pull the rug out from under you. After agreeing on pricing and time to buy a used vehicle, three hours driving one way, they call me an hour before I get there to say my vehicle was sold “online”. No call, no warning, just like to waste legitimate customers time. If there was a zero star option it would’ve been selected.
