My experience today with Tusa plumbing it was excellent excellent customer service and excellent job.
I want to thank Tusa's Plumbing for there professional work attitude they Installed a water heater and did a great job and we are pleased to have hot water again. I've read all the negative reviews on this company & it's obvious someone didn't get the service they expected and bashing this company with multiple fake accounts is wrong. Highly satisfied customer - I'd like to share my recent experience with Tusa Plumbing. I want to express how Matt and his entire team went over and beyond to not only help repair the sewage line under our front sidewalk, but made sure he communicated with us in every aspect of the process. (I.e. shared pictures/video of the problem to be solved, how long it would take, and mainly alleviating all of our concerns it would be done right). Can't reach them on the phone. Will not call you back. Would give them 0 stars but that is not an option. Pathetic service.
Very satisfied with the work that was done by Tusa's. They are truly honest and dependable. I will not hesitate to recommend them to everyone!
Tusas, based in Grapevine, was selected for us by the water/sewer line insurance company to which we subscribe. Tusas is a small, "mom & pop" operation where mom runs the show!
