We are installing a new propane tank and needed help. We have already dug the trench and called Tusa's Plumbing out for advice. They came out to survey the situation instead of sending me to the supply store to get things. Tusa's plumbing agreed on Monday 3/22 to come over on Thursday 3/25 to repair a kitchen sink drain pipe snapped off at the wall. They never showed up or called me to explain why. Shame on them.
We had some damage to our plumbing due to the last winter storm. I got in touch with Tusa’s Plumbing to see about taking a look at the damage and what is going to be needed due to demand. It took a little bit to get an appointment, but when Mr. Tusa arrived, he did an inspection on the damage to my house and well house. He informed me on what all was needed to be done on my budget, we discussed the price of his bid for the work that was needed. Matt and Korvin were awesome... They took three time needed to assess the situation and find multiple leaks. In my opinion they went above and beyond to make sure my water was turned back on. After the winter weather we recently had we haven't had water since February 15th. Once they set the appointment they kept the appointment and showed up on time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for professional customer service and great workmanship.
