I am a resident here at tirtle pointe apartments. I came by the office today and Sabrina was so helpful and nice. She stopped what she was doing just to help me and attend to my needs!
Horrible place to live my suggestion is stay away I’ve been living here for a year in a half and it’s roach capital. My ceiling has a leak and they have not fixed it yet!! Stay away! They put a girl out because she was 10 days late on her rent if you don’t expect life to happen and nothing I stated don’t bother you go for it! Never again
I will keep reviewing 1 star in EVERY pages it has until the problem solves, it used to a very good place to stay until recently. My stuffs in my car (not visible from outside) is burglarized in parking lot twice. I did file police report. The thing is the apartment gate NEVER closes. It always opens 1 side 24h/ day, any one can come in and come out without the code, and the security rarely appears, and when I ask the office the reason. They said they are fixing !!!! The worst apartments ever DO NOT MOVE HERE maintenance does not fix things the office staff does not care at all!!!! Last month I had a hole in my living room ceiling for almost 2 weeks this month I’ve been with no AC for going on 3 weeks!!! I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
I've been living in this place for almost a month now, and so far it has been an unforgettable experience. The staff is amazing.The manager is always willing to help you in any matter, she is always taking care of the neighbors and their tranquility. I would definitely recommend this place. Is a quite and lovely place for living.
Angel has a good customer service She is polite and hospitality. The apartment has a good view and environment . The apartment are very clean.
