We had a good experience with this team. They're a small team so sometimes can take a little bit to respond, never more than a couple of days. They are a kind team. We stayed at Sunset Rose and loved the vintage design of the unit. We once had to submit a ticket in the portal for a sink draining issue a few months into our stay and support was scheduled promptly and the situation handled. The lawn, laundries and pools are well kept.

I’m just gonna attach some pictures and gonna ask you think twice before you move into this building, because things will break in your apartment, and there’s gonna be no one to help you to fix them. The communication between you and the manager will stop as soon as you sign your lease papers.
‼️STAY AWAY‼️ from any apartment buildings managed by the Turtle Group Capital and E-Ho Lin. 1033 6th Street in Santa Monica, known as Huntington Villas, was once a luxury apartment building that has been slowly destroyed since Eho Lin took ownership.
