They charge us a lease transfer fee of a $150 even though the new roommates were being added to the lease after the agreed lease ended. And then they sent our deposits with all the roommates names on the same check after we had given them each of our names and forwarding addresses. they just don’t care about their tenants at all. If I could go back I wouldn’t live there.
