Renting Disaster This complex is falling down. Roofs leak, stairs are broken, pipes burst, paint peeling, mold growing, etc. The maintenance team seems to be doing their best, but they can only work with what they're provided. Property management is the true definition of a sales person. They only care long enough to get the contract signed. Oh, and when you move out, get ready ... no matter how clean you leave it, they will slam you with another bill. I would not wish this complex or experience on my worst enemies.
