Verified Renter The green space and walking areas are very nice. Even the pool and gym have great recreational areas. I think the only thing I dislike is that the wooden countertops have peeling paint; they should improve that aesthetically, as well as offer a quick solution for home maintenance issues.

Verified Renter Very quiet community which I appreciate. I love being on the top floor and love my little apartment. The cosmetics aren’t bad unless you look closely, then you see some imperfections. This includes the base boards being painted over what looks like 100 times, small paint splotches on the floor and counter, paint on the balcony, and wood needing replaced on the balcony ceiling.
