Dr Turpin has a family dentist environment. Very professional.
I feel like Dr. Turpin was more thorough before he moved to the lighthouse. When I went for an exam and x-rays they didn't check for receding gums or oral cancer. My brother's dentist did a very thorough check up and charged him less. After listening to all the things his dentist did I'm not feeling too confident about this dentist office. I asked about oral cancer check and gum receding check. They said 'we do that'. Yet they failed to do it with me. It's also very hard to get someone on the phone. Dr. Turpin is kind and caring and very thorough.I have been seeing him for many years. Highly recommended ! So happy I found him
Dr Turpin and his office is ungornaized and unprofessional. His job was to extract one tooth by oral surgery for me. He is very ruff with the numbing needle. Then he starts pulling and jerking on my tooth causing me pain instead of using the tool the hygienist was trying to get him to use because he wasn't stronge enough to get my tooth out after he cut my gums. Then he didn't prescribe me any pain medicine when I was done. Procedure was on a Friday. I was in excruciating pain all weekend.
