STAY AWAY! – This was the single worst real estate experience of my life. The selling realtor was utterly unprofessional and unethical and when his broker and agent (and head of realty agency) were asked to help, they were either too incompetent or uninterested to intervene (though they readily admitted their agent was unprofessional).
