My husband and I echo the many great reviews on Turnkey! I don't know where to start with such praise for their knowledge, professionalism and delivery. From the wonderful young lady in the office (Hailee), to the General Manager (Andrew) and including the roofing crew - everyone was top knotch. They guided us through every single insurance step and the installation was done beautifully. They took great care of the work area and clean up was fantastic.
Turnkey was amazing and I will never stop bragging on them! They took care of everything dealing with the insurance company. Everything was approved and my roof was completed in a day. The work they did was excellent, but it was the care and professionalism they displayed throughout the process that sets them apart. This was a very pleasant experience in every way. The evaluation & insurance appraisal was done in a day.i had no idea I had hail damage!! The workmen were efficient & cleaned up behind themselves very well. The payments from the insurance to me & then to TurnKey were simple to do. I highly recommend using this company!
Turnkey Roofing did a phenomenal job! We had originally gotten denied by our insurance company after the adjuster came out and assessed our roof, but the experts at Turnkey would not settle for that. Turnkey is a company who will stand in your corner and make sure your insurance company is treating you fairly. They were at every meeting making sure the inspector did not miss or look over anything. They requested a reinspection and recommended us to sign up with Justice Public Adjuster (JPA). Was getting some water in my attic and figured I had a roofing issue. Contacted TurnKey and Colton came out to investigate. Colton was super nice and knowledgeable, upon checking out my attic, he identified a pipe connection issue to be the issue and did a thorough examination of my attic and roof to ensure no other issues. Honest work and a relief for the homeowner
