I am incredibly impressed with this roofing company, and everyone involved! After two major storms beginning of Feb. I reached out to this company, after GREAT recommendations on What’s Up Union Co. They were out within days to inspect the damage. My insurance company approved the new installation within two weeks, and within one month, I have a brand new roof!! Great company! Very detail oriented. Highly recommend!!
My husband and I echo the many great reviews on Turnkey! I don't know where to start with such praise for their knowledge, professionalism and delivery. From the wonderful young lady in the office (Hailee), to the General Manager (Andrew) and including the roofing crew - everyone was top knotch. They guided us through every single insurance step and the installation was done beautifully. They took great care of the work area and clean up was fantastic.
Turnkey was amazing and I will never stop bragging on them! They took care of everything dealing with the insurance company. Everything was approved and my roof was completed in a day. The work they did was excellent, but it was the care and professionalism they displayed throughout the process that sets them apart. I like these guys a lot. They were never pushy with their sales. My elderly parents had roof damage and Brandon Evans was persistent in working with their insurance company to get the costs covered for a full roof replacement. Brandon (and Andrew, the GM) were incredibly patient with the amount of questions my parents had for them. I would not hesitate to use them for my home, or to refer them to others.
This was a very pleasant experience in every way. The evaluation & insurance appraisal was done in a day.i had no idea I had hail damage!! The workmen were efficient & cleaned up behind themselves very well. The payments from the insurance to me & then to TurnKey were simple to do. I highly recommend using this company!
