I have been trying to pay rent for three days but can't figure out who or where I'm supposed to pay. My building was owned by MCForRent, sold to TLC a few months ago, and then bought by TurnKey sometime in December. I have never received any email or notification from TurnKey about where to access my apartments portfolio or even how to pay rent. If this affects my credit or they try to charge any kinds of fees, I will be absolutely livid. DO NOT RENT FROM TURNKEY!
they never return calls or emails !!! our yards look like hay fields they won't come meets us, n our yard floods, nabours sump pump from cellar pumps into our yard !! they don't seem to care !! noone seems to care, we have killed 3 snakes, in Mansfield mo, we are sick of this!! if u don't plan on helping us then resell our places to someone who will care !!!!! others have had to hire ppl to mow because of snakes. unlikely most of us will stay if they don't do something soon
