I needed product. They don't stock much and what they do is generally ordered for projects. They are a contractor, not a distributor. Hence, it is a given that my request is outside their general business model. however, return phone calls, even to say, "we can't help you", are a professional courtesy I work hard to provide to my prospects and clients.
