If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The WORST experience of my life!! At this point in time, it has been raining IN my house for OVER a YEAR!! Turnkey, not only left ALL of their trash, nails, sandbags and other miscellaneous junk strewn about my back yard and side yard but, they did an extremely poor job repairing my roof causing further and extensive damage. The roof repair FAILED the City inspection and Turnkey never even paid the permit fee to the City!!!! I have asked on many occasions to speak with an owner and or man... read more

Excellent work by turnkey on my new roof. Taulant was very professional. And much thanks to him for returning and making sure all the debris was removed.
What a great company! Turnkey replaced my roof after we had major storm damage. Zero problems, very friendly, left no mess at all, and left me with a beautiful roof that no longer leaks! Thanks Turnkey!

Turnkey Construction and Maintenance Inc did such a great job installing my new roof. Now I get to enjoy these beautiful water spots on my ceilings in three different rooms. My old roof did NOT leak.
They did an awful job on my friend's roof!! When I say awful, I mean awwwwful. Trying to upload some pics but I guess they don't have that option for their page.
