Our family had the horrible experience of a roofer walking away for our deposit. TurnKey saved the day! Ben and his crew were so helpful during the entire experience. Many issues here. I went with this company due to the fact they had done several roofs in the neighborhood. Let me say this- Communication was horrible. 1st appointment they didn’t show and didn’t have the courtesy to call. While the office apologized when I called THEM the following day, the repair specialist didn’t even show on the reschedule.
